EEOC granted right to subpoena after right-to-sue letter

In a ruling that widens an appellate court split, the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has held that the EEOC has the authority to subpoena information from Union Pacific Corp. even after it has issued a right-to-sue letter.
