Hurricane Maria pummels Dominica, barrels toward US Virgin Islands

Hurricane Maria, the second major storm to hit the Caribbean this month, crept toward the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico on Tuesday after it ripped through the small island nation of Dominica.
