Walgreens purchase turns sour over sweetened beverage tax

Walgreen is sinning against the latest sin tax over sugary beverages in Chicagoland, according to a class action lawsuit filed Monday that accuses the retailer of charging the sweetened beverage tax on unsweetened drinks.
